I highly recommend Ronda Bailey as a teacher. My daughter had the privilege of being in Mrs. Bailey's class for two consecutive years, ECE3 and ECE4, and I have witnessed the tremendous impact she has had on her students. Mrs. Bailey is a wonderful teacher. Her dedication, passion, and commitment to her students' learning are truly commendable. My daughter loved her and was always eager to go to school and learn each day. Mrs. Bailey's engaging lesson plans and warm greeting at the door made every student feel valued and excited about learning. Mrs. Bailey is an exceptional teacher who goes above and beyond to ensure that each child's individual needs are met. She pays close attention to the children's strengths and weaknesses and tailors her teaching approach to suit their learning styles. When my daughter started ECE3, she didn't even know the alphabet. However, by the end of ECE4, she was able to read complete sentences with complex words and write many words, not to mention her progress in math. Mrs. Bailey's dedication to her students' academic growth is truly remarkable, and I am grateful that my daughter had the opportunity to learn from her. Mrs. Bailey not only taught our children the skills they needed to succeed academically but also focused on their social development. My daughter was quite shy and had difficulty initiating friendships. Mrs. Bailey recognized this need and worked tirelessly to help her build confidence and form healthy social connections. Thanks to Mrs. Bailey's nurturing guidance, my daughter has blossomed socially and is now more outgoing and self-assured. In addition to her excellent teaching skills, Mrs. Bailey is also a compassionate and caring individual who genuinely cares about her students' well-being. She creates a warm and inclusive classroom environment where every child feels valued and supported. I was particularly impressed by her responsible approach to my daughter's health situation. My daughter has type 1 diabetes, a critical condition that requires constant monitoring to prevent life-threatening hypo- and hyperglycemia. Mrs. Bailey not only monitored my daughter's blood glucose levels and managed her high and low blood sugar incidents but also ensured that my child was never left out due to her health condition. Whenever there was a class event involving food, Mrs. Bailey would provide me with all the necessary nutritional information so that my daughter could participate safely. She also paid extra attention during extra physical activities to ensure my daughter could fully participate without any issues. I cannot recommend Mrs. Bailey highly enough. Her passion for teaching, combined with her nurturing nature and dedication to her students, make her an exceptional educator. Any parent would be fortunate to have their children with her.

Ronda Bailey taught my twins when they were in preschool in Denver. I was immediately drawn to her charismatic bubbly personality, and my kids fell in love with her as their teacher and trusted leader. I completely trust her with my children. She carries herself with such grace and professionalism in all she does, and all of the children and parents love her. She's just such a joy to be around, and her loving spirit is contagious, and everyone who meets her is lucky to have her in their lives. She will always lighten the space while also holding firm with consistency.

Ronda Bailey is the best Early Childhood Education (ECE) teacher you will find. My family and I had the pleasure of working with her for two straight years. She taught ECE 3 and 4 for our daughter. Our daughter adored her and was always excited to go to school and learn each day. Ronda's lesson plans were always engaging as our daughter would come home and reiterate everything she had learned most days. Every student truly lit up when she greeted them at the door each day. Ronda's approach to teaching didn't just involve the children. Her goal was to get the parents involved in their child's education. She would send optional homework home with students and encourage parents to volunteer in class. It was extremely comforting for me to be invited to the classroom so that I could not only volunteer but see what my child was learning. Ronda not only taught our child the skills she needed to succeed in kindergarten, she taught her self-confidence. Each student in the ECE 4 class was asked to make a poster board with facts about their life. Each student was encouraged to stand in front of the class and give a presentation explaining their board. I was so impressed when I saw my 4-year-old speaking in front of her class. I could not recommend a better educator for early childhood learning than Ronda Bailey.
